Faculty of Medicine UIN Jakarta Delegation Visits Australian National University, Canberra for Research and Publication
Canberra, November 2023. Exploring collaboration opportunities for the student mobility program from FK UIN Jakarta to the Australian National University (ANU), Canberra. In discussion with the Deputy Dean for Education at the Australian National University, FK UIN Jakarta, through the Head of the Molecular and Diagnostic Research Center (MDRC) Chris Adhiyanto, M.Biomed, PhD and the Head of the Integrated Laboratory of FK UIN Jakarta, Nurlaely Mida, S.Si, M.Biomed, DMS is exploring collaboration opportunities not only in research, but also for staff/student mobility.
Pre-clinical students from FK UIN Jakarta can deepen their skills at the Australian National University FK Laboratory, and professional-stage students can undergo their clinical program at a local hospital or vice versa.
The dean level will follow up the initial assessment, especially regarding the preparation of Cooperation Agreements between universities. It is hoped that next year, a Student Mobility Program will be implemented at the Faculty of Medicine at the Australian National University. At the end of the meeting, the FK UIN Jakarta delegation gave souvenirs in the form of plaques and Javanese batik masks to Associate Professor Alexandra Webb, BSc, MChiro, PhD.
