Faculty of Medicine UIN Jakarta Holds Yudisium and Clerkship Oath Ceremony for the Medical Education Program Class of 2026

Tadjudin, FK Online News — The Faculty of Medicine, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, held the Yudisium and Clerkship Oath Ceremony for the Medical Education Program Class of 2026 on Wednesday, 4 February 2026. The event marked an essential academic milestone for students prior to entering professional medical education and clinical clerkship.
During the yudisium and oath ceremony, the Faculty of Medicine officially conferred status upon 93 junior doctors who had successfully passed the yudisium and fulfilled all academic requirements in accordance with applicable regulations. Of this total, 20 students graduated with cum laude honors, while more than 80 percent of the graduates completed their studies on time, in line with the academic standards of the Faculty of Medicine at UIN Jakarta.
In his address, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. dr. Achmad Zaki, M.Epid., Sp.OT., FICS, emphasized that the clerkship oath ceremony serves as an important learning moment for junior doctors in cultivating responsibility and professionalism.
“This clerkship oath is a means of learning to be accountable for every decision made, especially when dealing directly with patients,” he stated.
In the same vein, the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. dr. Fika Ekayanti, M.Med.Ed., noted that the yudisium of the Medical Education Program does not mark the end of the educational journey, but rather the beginning of the next stage in professional medical training.
She underscored the importance of academic readiness, mental resilience, and professional attitude in undertaking clinical and professional medical education, particularly in response to the growing demands of healthcare services within society.
On the same occasion, the Vice Dean for General Administration, Dr. dr. Erike Anggraini Suwarsono, M.Pd., Sp.M.K., expressed her appreciation to the junior doctors for their academic achievements and dedication throughout their studies at the Faculty of Medicine, UIN Jakarta.
The yudisium and clerkship oath ceremony represents a significant transition for students of the Medical Education Program as they move into the clinical and professional phase of their training. It also reaffirms the commitment of the Faculty of Medicine, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, to maintaining the quality of education and the academic excellence of its graduates.
