FK UIN Jakarta Holds ACLS Training to Strengthen Cardiovascular Emergency Response Competencies

Faculty of Medicine Building, FK Online News – The Faculty of Medicine (FK) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta organized an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training program to enhance the competencies of medical personnel in managing cardiovascular emergencies. The training featured cardiology specialists Haikal, SpJP(K), FIHA, and M. Yusuf Fathoni, SpJP, FIHA, who served as both speakers and instructors on Sunday (March 8, 2026).

The ACLS training is an essential component of medical education aimed at equipping participants with clinical skills to manage cardiac arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies quickly and effectively. Through this program, participants not only received theoretical knowledge but also engaged in hands-on practice using various medical simulation devices.

On the occasion, Dr. Haikal expressed his appreciation for the implementation of the ACLS training at FK UIN Jakarta. According to him, the faculty’s facilities strongly support high-quality medical learning and training.

“I am very pleased to be part of the ACLS training at the Faculty of Medicine, UIN Jakarta. The facilities available here are very complete and well-equipped, which greatly support the learning and training process for participants,” Dr. Haikal stated.

He also emphasized that adequate facilities are a crucial factor in improving the quality of medical training, particularly for skills that require simulation and hands-on practice, such as ACLS.

The training is expected to enhance the readiness of medical personnel in responding to cardiovascular emergency cases across various healthcare facilities. In addition, this activity reflects FK UIN Jakarta’s commitment to providing quality medical education that is relevant to the needs of modern healthcare services.
