Medical Building, FK Online News – The Faculty of Medicine (FK) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has once again opened opportunities for Islamic boarding school (pesantren) students and graduates to pursue undergraduate studies through the Beasiswa Indonesia Bangkit (BIB) Santri Program 2026, on Monday (April 6, 2026). This program is a collaboration between the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP), aimed at improving the quality of human resources from pesantren communities.

The BIB Santri Undergraduate Scholarship, previously known as the Santri Achievement Scholarship Program (PBSB), is a fully funded scholarship specifically designed for santri to pursue bachelor’s degrees at leading universities in Indonesia, including UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Through a partnership scheme and an unconditional Letter of Acceptance (LoA), the program ensures recipients can continue their studies until completion.

Scholarship recipients will benefit from full tuition coverage, living allowances, and personal development programs designed to support both academic and personal growth.

Registration for the BIB Santri Program 2026 opened on April 1, 2026, and will remain open until May 31, 2026. Following the registration phase, the selection process will include administrative screening, academic and psychological tests, and interviews before the final announcement of successful candidates, who will begin their studies in August 2026.

• Administrative Selection: June 1 – 15, 2026
• Announcement of Administrative Results: June 16, 2026
• Objection Period: June 17 – 18, 2026
• Announcement of Objection Results: June 22, 2026
• Academic and Psychological Tests: June 25 – 29, 2026
• Announcement of Test Results: July 1, 2026
• Interviews: July 3 – 20, 2026
• Final Announcement: July 27, 2026
• Start of Academic Period: August 2026

It is important to note that the objection period allows applicants to clarify the results of the administrative selection. However, it cannot be used to replace or complete any previously submitted application documents.
