FK UIN Jakarta Strengthens Quality Culture Through 2025 Management Review Meeting

Medical Building, FK Online News – The Faculty of Medicine at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta continues to strengthen its commitment to building a culture of quality in order to deliver better, sustainable, and more responsive medical education services for its academic community.

As part of this effort, FK UIN Jakarta held the 2025 Management Review Meeting (RTM) on April 28–29, 2026. This activity serves as a key instrument in the internal quality assurance cycle, aimed at evaluating and improving the faculty’s overall performance.

The RTM was attended by the faculty leadership, including the Dean of FK UIN Jakarta, Dr. dr. Achmad Zaki, M.Epid., Sp.OT., FICS, along with the vice deans: dr. Fika Ekayanti, M.Med.Ed., Ph.D. (Vice Dean for Academic Affairs), Dr. dr. Erike A. Suwarsono, Sp.MK. (Vice Dean for General Administration, Planning, and Finance), and dr. Flori Ratna Sari, Ph.D. (Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Cooperation, and Alumni).

The meeting was also attended by the Heads of General Affairs, Academic Affairs, Finance, and Human Resources, as well as heads of functional units, including MEU, CSU, MRCU, MITU, K3B, SMO, P3KS, IPE, KEPK, the Library, Laboratory Heads, CME, and CDU. Participation also came from the Heads and Secretaries of Study Programs, covering Undergraduate Medical Education (S1), the Medical Profession Program, Master of Biomedical Sciences, and the Pulmonology Specialist Program.

The implementation of the RTM was facilitated by the Faculty Quality Assurance Coordinator (KPMF) together with the Quality Assurance Unit (GJM), as part of strengthening the internal quality assurance system within the faculty.

Through this activity, FK UIN Jakarta conducted a comprehensive evaluation of performance achievements, the implementation of work programs, and follow-up actions based on monitoring and evaluation results. In addition, various strategies to improve service quality—both academic and non-academic—were discussed in depth.

The RTM serves as a strategic forum that functions not only as an evaluation platform but also as a space to formulate targeted and sustainable improvement measures. Through this initiative, the Faculty of Medicine at UIN Jakarta is expected to continuously enhance governance quality and strengthen its culture of excellence in supporting adaptive and high-quality medical education.
