M.K. Tadjudin Scholarship Supports Medical Students of UIN Jakarta
Medical Building, FK Online News – The Faculty of Medicine (FK) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta once again awarded the M.K. Tadjudin Scholarship to students as part of its commitment to supporting the educational journey of future doctors. The scholarship presentation took place during the peak celebration of the 21st Anniversary of the Faculty of Medicine at the M.K. Tadjudin Auditorium on Saturday (June 13, 2026).
The scholarship program serves as a tribute to the dedication and contributions of Prof. M.K. Tadjudin in advancing medical education at UIN Jakarta. It also reflects the concern and commitment of Prof. M.K. Tadjudin’s family in supporting students pursuing their studies at the Faculty of Medicine.
The event was attended by the Director of Social Trust Fund (STF) UIN Jakarta, Prof. Amelia Fauzia, Ph.D., members of Prof. M.K. Tadjudin’s family represented by Safarayana Tadjudin and Rifai Tadjudin, faculty leaders, lecturers, and scholarship recipients.
Dean of the Faculty of Medicine UIN Jakarta, Dr. dr. Achmad Zaki, M.Epid., Sp.OT., FICS, expressed his appreciation to Prof. M.K. Tadjudin’s family and the Social Trust Fund UIN Jakarta for their consistent support of students through scholarship programs. According to him, such support plays an important role in creating an inclusive educational environment and encouraging students to continue striving for academic excellence.
"This scholarship is not merely financial assistance, but also a form of trust and encouragement for students to complete their education successfully and continue developing their potential as future doctors who will serve society," he said.
Director of Social Trust Fund UIN Jakarta, Prof. Amelia Fauzia, Ph.D., explained that education remains one of the primary focuses of STF UIN Jakarta’s philanthropic initiatives. Through collaboration with various partners, STF seeks to expand access to education and assist students in achieving their aspirations.
"Education plays a crucial role in creating sustainable social change. Therefore, we continue to develop programs that support students in focusing on their studies and enhancing their capacities," she explained.
The M.K. Tadjudin Scholarship presentation was one of several social initiatives held as part of the Faculty of Medicine’s 21st Anniversary celebration. In addition to the scholarship program, the faculty also organized various community service activities, including blood donation drives, mass circumcision services, and free health screenings for the public.
Through this program, the Faculty of Medicine UIN Jakarta hopes that more students will have the opportunity to develop their academic potential and complete their studies successfully, enabling them to become professional, ethical, and socially responsible doctors who contribute positively to society.
