Medical Building, FK Online News – Following the conclusion of the national test-based selection (SNBT) 2026, the Faculty of Medicine (FK) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has officially opened opportunities for prospective students through the independent admission pathway. This pathway serves as a strategic alternative for applicants who were not successful in the national selection to continue pursuing a medical degree.

This year, FK UIN Jakarta offers two main schemes under the independent pathway: the Regular Independent Admission (SPMB Mandiri Reguler – SSE Exam) and the Talent Scouting pathway (achievement-based). Registration is conducted online through the official admission website and will remain open until July 5, 2026.

The Regular pathway uses a computer-based written test system, known as the System Selection Examination (SSE), followed by an interview. The test materials include Academic Potential, Arabic, English, Islamic Education, and science subjects relevant to the medical field.

Meanwhile, the Talent Scouting pathway provides an opportunity for high-achieving applicants to undergo selection without a written test, instead being assessed through academic and non-academic portfolios, report card grades, and interviews.

The independent admission process consists of several stages, including online registration, payment of the application fee (IDR 345,000), and participation in the required selection مراحل. The fee covers both the academic test and interview process.

As part of its commitment to expanding access to education, FK UIN Jakarta also continues to offer various admission schemes, including national pathways (SNBP and SNBT) and BLU scholarships for applicants with achievements or financial limitations.
