STEP 01 – Submission of Complaints
Members of the public/academic community submit complaints, grievances, or reports through

STEP 02 – Complaint Verification
The administrator verifies the completeness and substance of the complaint to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
STEP 03 – Complaint Disposition
Valid complaints are forwarded to the relevant unit or responsible official according to the type of complaint.
STEP 04 – Follow-Up Action
The relevant unit follows up on the complaint in accordance with established procedures. Compensation will be provided if necessary.
STEP 05 – Communication of Follow-Up Results
The results of the complaint handling are communicated to the complainant (if identity/contact information is provided).
